1929 TOY FACTORY WAREHOUSE LOFT

LOFT 1600 SQ FT, with BALCONY

 This Toy Factory Loft was a plain white box re-imagined into a light filled and modern space with all the conveniences of the 21st century.  Lighting, walls, kitchen, bath and all spaces were created to make this large, dark concrete space feel comfortable and bright.  Staging, painting and color consultation services were utilized, along with project design and supervision.  Constructed on a tight budget, this space was used in music videos, short films and commercials. .
