1990's MODERN TRACT HOME

4 BEDROOM, 2.5 Bath 

This tract house looked like all its neighbors. The clients wanted a more distinctive and interesting look to replace the aging and generic features.  Through remodeling, color consultation and surface and lighting design, we gave this generic house a more unique look.  A short timeline and small budget made for challenges, however, the end result is dramatically different.
