Modern features like a stainless kitchen and hidden laundry blend seamlessly into 1920's style. Damask wallpaper, salvage hardware and light fixtures, exotic wood finishes and Venetian plaster walls make this loft stylish and comfortable. I supervised the entire design and construction of this loft, even went so far as to hand trowel and polish the Venetian plaster walls myself. Unique and elegant, this loft has a little bit of Old Hollywood glamour packed into a compact warehouse space.
